Frequently asked questions

The soccer clinics emphasize the core foundations of the game which helps the kids to attain the tools needed to play in a game setting. The focus is solely on the individual with core components each week (Ex: dribbling, kicking, & passing movements to list a few). We also have the kids participate in scrimmages for 15-25 minutes at the end of each class (depending on age group). The soccer league is a next step for individuals to play with others in a game atmosphere. We encourage participants to gain skill building aspects from our clinics before joining this new program! We are currently running our soccer clinics on weekends (as well as Tuesdays in the summer). Our soccer league is currently running in our summer session on Monday nights.

Our soccer league will have more emphasis on the game play than keeping scores and tracking wins and losses. The focus is to have the participants understand the criteria of how to play in an organized soccer setting.

There will be two teams playing the entirety of the game, with some stoppage to help show participants different aspects of the game. For example: free kicks, throw-ins, positional play. The goal is to try to have continuous play over the course of the season!

The game will have two 20 minute halves with a 5 minute break in between where the coach will have a goal for the children to try out while playing! (Also keep in mind we will have a 5 minute stretch and focused drill/warmup before the game starts) Total time: 50 mins

Our All Sport classes teach kids the skills that are used in different sports in an engaging atmosphere. Coach John teaches these skills through fun games !

These classes run as a drop-in program. We offer a 6 or 12 class pass. Classes purchased do not expire, and can be used anytime (they do not need to be used consecutively)!

Our All Sport classes run Spring through Fall (May 14-October 23) Saturdays in Niagara Falls at 12pm Sundays in St. Catharines at 12pm These classes are for kids 2-4 years old.

While it runs as a drop in program, we have to set limits on the number of kids in each class. We allow those who have classes from the previous year to register first, and then we open up spots as first come first served. Please contact us if you would like to register for these classes :)

It is $115 plus tax for the 7 week session. This cost includes a soccer ball and a jersey for each child.
